The Famous Five

The theme of this book is adventurous, mysterious and friendship. out of the book these three things occur. This book is appropriate for 6-10 year olds and up. The Famous Five book is a novel for children. I would personally recommend it for 9-12 year olds due to 6 year olds not understanding half of this book.
There were many main characters in this book but one of the key people was George,Timmy and Dick. They were in the main parts of the book. The main part they were in was in chapter 15 when Dick was to the rescue and George and TImmy are just everywhere in the book“`
The plot to this book is The Famous Five is that they are all family and cousins except George they spend the whole summer together foiling criminals, the famous five can’t wait to investigate but they’re not alone somebody else is treasure hunting too who will find the treasure first. The Famous five can’t wait to find the treasure until they have competition. That’s when the Famous five become adventurous.
The author did a great job with this book. They made it so readers didn’t want to put the book down because they wanted to know what happened next. Overall this book was not really my cup of tea, but that’s my opinion, one quote I liked was Page 55 the quote is “ that’s impossible!”which I personally think shouldn’t be there because everything’s possible.
