This week for our current events we got to pick our own article about anything. I chose Australian surfer breaks record.
I learnt that if you keep practising your sport or passion, when you perform you will be great.
These are my note and my paragraph is in there too.
I used a website to help me write my paragraph its called Goblin tools. The first paragraph is the one I write by myself and the bottom one I used Goblin.tools. I think I will use a thesaurus next time to try and improve my vocab.
On January the 22nd a 31 year old surfer called Laura Enever broke the record for the paddle in the wave for a woman. She was so determined to surf the wave as the wave rumbled beneath her board sh felt like nothing and that nothing even happened. She worked so hard and practised a lot that when she broke the record it felt like nothing to her.
On January 22nd, Laura Enever, a 31-year-old professional surfer, set a new record for women in paddle-in wave riding. Her unwavering determination allowed her to seamlessly navigate the powerful wave, as if effortlessly gliding on her board. Through rigorous training and persistent practice, Laura achieved this remarkable milestone with such grace and composure that it seemed almost second nature to her.
